Project Execution

Once every project commences there are several items that Paramount will include in order to execute at a high level.

Foreman Selection

We demand a lot from our foreman. These are the front line leaders who make a project once it starts. On each project management hand selects the foreman for the best fit to a project based on experience and demands of the project. A few of the items they do at a high level daily:

  • daily huddle and safety stretch
  • daily communication with customer
  • daily weather and wind monitoring
  • management of public/worker safety
  • daily job log and job tracking

We have a track record of delivering.
Our sales team provides:

  • Weekly meeting minutes
  • Job progress pictures
  • Detailed project schedules
  • Site plans
Project Execution

Once the project is started there are several items we include in order to execute at a high level.

Foreman Selection

Quality Control

The Paramount team in quality control is involved from start to finish, a team with hands-on management ethos for every project we undertake. Our craftsmen/ sales and management are all on board in the process they are involved in the quality control on all projects. All our clients can rest assure if its a Paramount project its a quality finish.

Consultant and/or Manufacturer Testing

  • Moisture testing, adhesion testing, material thickness Mil thickness testing
  • A quality plan Is created for every project detailed for the type of work

Quality Inspections

  • Punchlist walks completed internally
Safety

All jobs are engineered to have the lowest risk to ensure we have no injuries.
Safety is something that is embedded in the Paramount culture.

Random safety Inspections

Completed monthly by Superintendent/ Sales/ Management

Job Safety Plan

Each project has a detailed plan that lists risks and appropriate safety engineering controls

Scaffolding

We use only the best and reputable scaffold companies. Our scaffold also can be engineered with walk through and stair towers.

Overhead protection

We analyze and design overhead protection for high rise projects. This includes overhead walk through scaffolding, fencing to project falling debris, and catch devices for falling debris.

Dust Control

Our teams engineer and utilize Hepa vacuum systems, low dust tools, and comply with the new OSHA silica regulations. Workers also use full face dust masks when drilling, chipping and or sweeping.
